Registration for the Symposium is closed. If you are a Sponsor, Presenter, or Scholarship recipient who needs to register, please contact our office at 802-865-5202.

Presenter Registration Policy: Presenters are required to register and pay to attend the conference at the applicable rates. 

Scholarships: A limited number of scholarships may be available to student presenters! Students submitting presentation proposals can indicate interest in that form. Successful applicants will be notified via email and provided a code to use during the registration process.

• General sessions
• Workshop sessions
• Tuesday field trips
• Bird walks
• Welcome reception Monday 10/7
• Breakfast and lunch Tuesday 10/8 and Wednesday 10/9

Great Lakes Commission Meeting Attendee Registration Offers:

• Tuesday field trip option and/or 
• Tuesday night dinner/reception option 
• Please note that other meals and sessions are not included in this option.

Cancellation Policy

​Cancellations received by September 27, 2024 will be refundable less a $25 administrative fee. No cancellations received after September 27 will be refunded but substitutions will be allowed. To request a refund, call 802-865-5202 or email [email protected].
