Full Conference Registration Options Early Bird Rate

Student Attendee $85 $100
Stewardship Event (Monday) Included in registration pricing
Field Trips (Tuesday) Included in registration pricing

Student Travel Awards

For the 2026 Great Lakes Coastal Symposium, we invite student presenters to apply for travel awards. A limited number of awards will be available for eligible students who are planning to be a part of an oral or poster presentation at the conference.
Scholarships will be announced beginning August 15th on a rolling basis. All applications must be received by August 31 to be considered.

The student travel award includes:

  • Full conference registration
  • $300 travel stipend which may be used to cover food, gas, rental car and/or flight
  • 2 night hotel reservation if traveling more than a 1 hour drive from Huron, OH

Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy:
  • Cancellation requests received on or before October 16, 2026, will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee.
  • No refunds will be issued after October 16, 2026.
  • Registration substitutions are permitted at no additional charge through the start of the symposium.
